  • Are you able to ship to multiple addresses in a single order?
    Kosmomo Beauty are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. A separate order for each address is needed. Depending on item availability, multiple shipments may be sent by us. An email notification along with a tracking number will be sent once items are sent. No additional shipping fee will incur. Likewise, we may combine multiple orders into one single shipment. Please note, our company supports action for a good environmental cause, thus the package maybe sent in a recycled cardboard box. Rest assured, all skincare products we provide are new and unused.

    For USPS international shipment, once the shipment arrives at the destination country/region and is released from the local Customs, it will be handed over to the local postal service. Therefore, international customers can track the status of shipment using USPS tracking and your country/region's local postal service website. For example, if the destination country/region is Singapore, you can track your shipment status on Singapore Post using the same tracking number that we provide to you in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow more time for package delivery if order is placed on a Sunday or on any federal holidays.
  • How do you handle Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages?
    Lost Package: A package is considered lost if it never is reported as "Delivered." This can also include if your order has been stuck in any shipping state OTHER than "Delivered." Please contact us if it is well passed the expected delivery date (usually 7 business days for domestic & 20 business days for international from the shipping date). Lost claim must be filed within the timeframe for it to be considered (15 business days for domestic & 30 business days for international from the shipping date). We will conduct a thorough investigation with the carriers and send a replacement if applicable. ​ Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise unacceptable, please contact us immediately. Please include pictures of the item(s) AND the packaging. Damaged claims must be filed within 5 business days from the date it was marked delivered. We will conduct a thorough investigation with the carriers and send a replacement if applicable. ​ Stolen Package: A package is considered stolen if the carrier has marked "delivered" with a recorded time, location, and delivery date but is not received. We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it. We would recommend doing the followings: Check with others in your household that may have accepted the package. Check with neighbors, as carriers may misplace the package in a nearby house. Check the following areas, as the carrier may have placed it in a safer location: the Mailbox, Porch, Garage, or Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors, and any locations where the package could be placed. We also highly recommend calling or going to your local USPS office in person, as they are the ones that handle area-specific delivery.​ In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and send a service request to the corresponding carrier. Upon investigation, if the carrier misplaced the package, we will send a replacement if the package is irretrievable. If the carrier confirmed and had proof that they delivered the package to the correct address, any stolen package will unfortunately not be eligible for a replacement or refund.   • Why haven't I receive an order confirmation?
    We apologize if you haven't received an order confirmation. This could be due to the following reasons: - Either the spam filters of your email account are very high, which means that any communication emails from Kosmomo Beauty have been sent to your spam folder. - Kosmomo Beauty (shop@kosmomobeauty.com) has not been added to your Address Book - Or, your order may not have been successfully placed.   • Can I cancel my order and request a refund?
    Depends. We listed the following scenarios for your reference. Case 1: For order that has not been shipped Yes, we will try our best to fulfill your full/partial refund request. However, please do note, there will be a refund processing fee to process your refund request, charged by our partner payment platforms (such as Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Alipay). It is important to note that we, Kosmomo Beauty, DO NOT collect these fees and neither do we want these fees to be imposed on our customers. Therefore, we kindly ask all customers to double check your order details (such as content, quantity, size etc) and apply any applicable promo code before submitting the order to avoid this processing fee. If there is any issue with the promo code, please contact our customer care expert before submitting the order. Please note, we do not offer price match and we do not provide price adjustment after an order has been submitted. If you have received a defective item, please refer to the our return and refund policy. In the event that shipments have shown delivered according to the tracking status displayed on the carrier website and customer did not receive the shipment , please check with neighbors and family members first or/and immediately contact local postal service to locate the package. If customer is still unable to locate the package, please contact Kosmomo Beauty within seven calendar days (from the date shown when the package is delivered), we will not be able to assist beyond seven calendar days, thus we will not be able to send replacement or provide refund. For international shipments, recipient will be responsible for any failed delivery attempts due to the following reasons: recipient is not present at the address, recipient does not pick up the shipments from postal service after delivery attempt is made, and/or recipient does not reschedule delivery with the postal service. For package that is returned to us as a result of failed delivery, we will proceed with refund, please note Kosmomo Beauty will excise 20% restocking fee of the purchase price paid plus any applicable sales tax to the returned order. Please also note, original shipping cost is non-refundable. ​
  • Where can I view my order history?
    If you are a registered Kosmomo Beauty site member, you may access your order history under your member account. If you placed your order as a guest, unfortunately, you will not be able to access order history. Please note: After you become a member, new orders appear in your My Orders page. Old orders (placed before becoming a member) are not listed.
  • How do I place an order with a promotional code?
    You can enter Kosmomo Beauty promotional code in the input field "Enter a promo code" in the Cart page or during check-out before confirming you order. Once the code is entered, the offer will be directly applied to the amount of your shopping bag. If there is any issue with the promo code, please contact our customer care expert before submitting the order, as we do not offer price adjustment after an order has been submitted.
  • Why is the promotional code not working?
    There are a few reasons why a promotional code may not work. The promotional code has expired. Your order is not eligible to use promotional code. Please read the terms and conditions of the promotional code. Issues with the promotional code. Please contact customer care expert regarding any issue with the promotional code before submitting the order as we do not provide price adjustment after an order is submitted.
  • How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
    Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent an order summary by e-mail. This contains the following information: Order number Order date Delivery and invoicing details List of items ordered Total amount of the order If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, (and you've checked your spam), it may be that your order has not been acknowledged.   • How do I place an order?
    Choose the desired product, quantity and the color if applicable, then click on "Add to Cart". You will be invited to create an account or check out as a guest. Simply follows the screens through until you receive confirmation that the transaction has been accepted. For [In Stock] product, there will be no additional lead time. It will be delivered within 2-5 business days for U.S. buyer after order confirmation. For delivery time of international destinations, please see Shipping page. ​​ For [Pre-order] product, it will be available for pre-order and will be shipped according to the lead time specified on the product page. ​​ For [Out of Stock] product, it is on backorder and will be available for pre-order when a lead time becomes definite.If you wish to get notified when the product becomes available for pre-order, you can click on the "Notify When Available" button in your desired product page.
  • What is the maximum quantity and amount that I can order?
    There is no maximum quantity and amount that each customer can order. Please contact our customer care expert if you encounter problems with adding desired quantity to your cart.
  • How do I get notified when my order is shipped?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your order is processed and dispatched. The shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in the order. Please note, we do not process orders on Sunday and any federal holidays due to postal service closure. Please allow more time for package delivery if order is placed on a Sunday or on any federal holidays.
  • Do you provide price match?
    No, we do not provide price match or price adjustment.
  • Why should I create an account?
    Creating an account will allow you to benefit fully from services offered by Kosmomo Beauty: order tracking, creating a list of your own personal favorite products, wish lists, viewing past orders, etc. All your account information at Kosmomo Beauty will only be used as part of your relationship with Kosmomo Beauty. This information can be changed by you at any time by managing your account online. It can also be completely removed from our database upon request.
